Influenced by her Barcelona roots, owner Sequoia Del Hoyo (Co-founder of Sequoia Diner) opened the doors of TAROCCO as a space for folks to gather in the European style- over a glass of wine, a casual bite or an afternoon coffee.
She was joined by her partner in life + business, Chef Jason Botterill (Chez Panisse + River Cafe alum) in 2023. It was their mutual love for the Mediterranean that initially connected them + TAROCCO is a manifestation of their love story.
